Oakley Transport opens new PA terminal

Oakley Transport has opened a new terminal, the company’s 10th, in Elizabethtown, Pa.

Oakley Transport (No. 227 on the CCJ Top 250), which hauls liquid, food-grade products, has opened a new terminal in Elizabethtown, Pa.

The company says the new terminal is located at the existing Elizabethtown Quala tank wash facility, marking the fifth of Oakley’s 10 terminals to be located at a Quala wash. Additionally, Oakley says, the new location will allow its regional drivers to get home more often.

Oakley will bring 30 trucks and 50 tankers to the area for the new terminal.

FMCSA offers details on proposed HOS-flexibility pilot programs

Following DOT Secretary Sean Duffy's announcement of the launch of the pilot programs Monday, FMCSA released proposals showing one pilot would add more split-sleeper berth options, while the other would allow drivers to pause their 14-hour clock for up to 3 hours per duty cycle.
