Kenworth announced Monday that it has made the Bendix Wingman Fusion collision mitigation system standard equipment on the company’s flagship T680 tractor.
The Wingman Fusion system uses cameras and radar to warn drivers of impending rear-end collisions, lane departures and speeding. It also will intervene if necessary and apply brakes to avoid rear-end collisions.
