Author (Gut Instinct), life coach and colon hydrotherapist Carolyn O’Byrne, who also happens to be married to a professional trucker, has released three new audio courses aimed directly at highway professionals who are looking for ways to improve their physical and mental health, and/or kick tobacco.

“I’ve been creating these new products over the past year,” she says, all three anchored by a similar structure but customized depending on the particular goal. She informally debuted them with a trip to the Great American Trucking Show last month, after finishing development work.

“Everybody needs a compass,” she adds, and given everyone’s also in a different place in their life, her programs are designed to help “pinpoint where you are” and where you want to be. “So many people float through life without ever considering that they have a choice in where they want to be.”

Each of the three self-guided strategies takes you on a journey through greater self-awareness, helping listeners grasp the tools they need to examine the reasons they get caught in the cyclical behaviors they want to change:

The “Driven to health” program “is all about physical health,” O’Byrne says, and not all about weight loss. It’s about understanding just what it is to practice good health, with which O’Byrne believes for most people their “ideal weight will come” naturally.

“Driven to peace” takes you through a “step-by-step process to overcome any emotional issue” that may rear its head, O’Byrne notes, whether it’s post-accident or other “post-traumatic stress disorder or anxiety, anger issues, separation anxiety” or something else.

Tobacco cessation is possible through “Driven to stop,” she says. “This takes the same strategies and turns them toward this particular area,” as do each of the programs, all geared toward “figuring out the steps you need to go through to be successful” in improving what you want to improve.

Bonus: Each course comes with access to O’Byrne’s book as well, a guide to digestive health toward greater overall physical and mental health. (Read more about it at this link.)
