Raised end dump trailer smashes violently into bridge

This video out of the Quebec province of Canada shows an end dump trailer smashing violently into a pedestrian bridge overhead, causing Quebec’s Highway 40 to be closed nearly 24 hours. According to an article from the Montreal Gazette, investigators are seeking to determine whether the driver was accidentally driving with the end dump raised or whether a mechanical malfunction caused it to left without his knowledge.
