During my conversation with Jimmy “Carolina Monkey Gouger” Ardis two days back, I was reminded of the owner-operator’s appearance in the seriocomic “Freedom the Movie” by producer Morgan Spurlock.

The feature-length television road-trip with host and comic Billy Wayne Davis explores a range of Americans’ pursuit of their own notions of what it means to be free.
