This 2017 Kenworth W900L Icon Limited Edition, nicknamed “The General,” is owned by Kyle Cousins and driven by Phillip and Carol Schneider. Powered by a 550-horsepower Cummins ISX and Eaton 18-speed with 3:36 rears, the truck is used to haul sensitive materials in the lower 48 states, Canada and Mexico. The Kenworth Apache paint scheme is custom to the truck and was done by Thunder Grafix in Joplin, Mo., to honor past, present and future military members. The back of the cab also features a military-themed painting with the words “All Gave Some, Some Gave All” written below it. Other custom work includes Hogebuilt extra-long half fenders, clear turn signals, stainless steel window trim for the sleeper windows and interior chrome dash accessories. Carol Schneider says “The General” came to be “out of respect for all military personnel and with the pride of our personal family military dating as far back as World War I.”
