Chris Porricelli, owner of three-truck fleet CAP Trucking out of Altamonte Springs, Fla., drives this 2015 Peterbilt 389 Fitzgerald glider. Powered by a 12.7 liter Detroit 60 Series with 500 horsepower, an Eaton-Fuller 13-speed and 3:55 rears, the truck is used to haul produce and frozen foods back and forth between Florida and New Jersey. The truck sits on a 275-inch wheelbase and features a drop visor with matching window chops on the cab and sleeper. Porricelli had the stripes added to the paint job, as well as lollipop lights on the bumper. The truck and trailer have more than 120 chicken lights. Porricelli says he spec’d the rig in memory of his grandfather who also drove and owned a wholesale produce company in New York.
