Truck drag races, a truck lights show, fireworks and a concert by Foghat are among the attractions for this year’s Fitzgerald Peterbilt Semi-Casual Truck Show.
The event is scheduled for May 4-5 at Bristol Dragway in Bristol, Tenn. The truck show is a participant-judged show designed to be a more casual atmosphere than some other truck shows.
Friday, May 4, is open only to show participants and vendors. Drivers wanting to participate in the truck show can register online here for $75. A VIP reception and dinner will be held Friday night for truck show participants and vendors.
The show is open to the public on Saturday, May 5. General admission is $10, and children 10 and under get in free.
The show Saturday will open at 10 a.m. for the public and will feature a stunt show by Jesse Toler and Rodney Sargent, truck drag races, the truck show awards presentation, a live concert by rock band Foghat and a truck lights show and fireworks display to close out the event.
