Carl Stanford hauls beef across the U.S. for Two Rivers Transportation out of Sioux City, Neb., with his 2018 Peterbilt 389. The rig is powered by a 445-hp Paccar with a 13-speed and 3:25 rears. He has spec’d 22-inch low-profile tires for the truck and usually pulls a 53-foot reefer.
