The Bandit Big Rig Series this week unveiled its 12-race 2019 schedule, which kicks off March 23 in Mobile, Alabama.

The truck racing series will return to a number of tracks from the previous two seasons, while also expanding to new locations this year. New tracks for 2019 include Madison International Speedway in Wisconsin and Kalamazoo Speedway in Michigan.

Ricky “Rude” Proffitt will be going for a three-peat this season coming off of back-to-back championship seasons in the series’ first two campaigns.

Each race day also features a meet and greet with the racers, along with a truck show prior to the race that gives owner-operators and company drivers the chance to bring their rigs to the track to put on display.

“We bring the excitement each and every night, it’s definitely an event you’ll want to see in person. I still get excited each time,” said Jason Johnson, Bandit Series general manager. “There’s just something about big rig trucks and short track Saturday night racing that you just have to be there to experience.”
