The first round of matchups in Overdrive's Custom Rigs Showdown highlighting the 12 most-viewed Custom Rigs videos of 2025 is in the books.
Hundreds of Overdrive readers cast their votes in four matchups over a two-week period that concluded Wednesday morning. The results of those contests, with the winners moving on to Round 2:
- No. 5 Troy Bolin (54%) over No. 12 Cline Everhart (46%)
- No. 6 Shawn Wright (52%) over No. 11 Tony Justice (48%)
- No. 7 Bill Warner (56%) over No. 10 Stuart Geltmaker (44%)
- No. 8 Todd Scruggs (54%) over No. 9 Wayne Trent (46%)
With their Round 1 victories, the four winners move on to face the top four seeds of the tournament in Round 2. Voting for the second round is now open and will continue through January 7.

- No. 2 Luke Rethwisch v. No. 7 Bill Warner
