While the Pride & Polish judging at the Great American Trucking Show is complete and truck owners wait for the Saturday morning awards ceremony, the trucks are still parked at the show for attendees to check out.

Dan Brubaker’s “Opening Act” is a 2003 Peterbilt 379. The truck was the first build in the shop his family recently opened in southeast Iowa, One of a Kind Customs.
The blue used inside Dan Brubaker’s Caterpillar-powered 379 matches the exterior.
Darrell Caldwell Jr.’s 1989 White Freightliner COE is entered in the Antique category at GATS Pride & Polish.
Drennon Durham and Texas Truck Tuning are showing off this 2019 Peterbilt 389 at the show.
Freddie Jimenez, out of Crowley, Texas, entered his 1990 Peterbilt 379 in the Working Bobtail category.
David Kosar with Riteway Truck Rental in Dallas is showing this 1996 Peterbilt 379. The truck is competing in the Working Bobtail class.
Iowa-based TJ Kounkel is competing in the Limited Mileage Combo class with this 2018 Peterbilt 389 and 2020 Wilson Silverstar livestock trailer.
The engine of Kounkel’s 389 is painted to match the exterior and frame.
Willie Lewis and Texas Truck Tuning’s 1985 Peterbilt 359 is competing in the Antique category at GATS.
Jake Lindamood with Lindamood Demolition brought his 2007 Peterbilt 379 daycab and is competing in the Working Bobtail class.
Mike Shantz, out of Wallenstein, Ontario, Canada, is showing his 2017 Kenworth W900L that is equipped with a 60 Series Detroit and an 18-speed.
Georgia-based Eric Turner brought his “Showtime” 2015 Peterbilt 389 and 2018 Wally Mo car hauler to Pride & Polish to compete in the Working Combo class.
Also in the Antique class is Wade Wardlaw, out of Woodville, Texas, with his 1975 Peterbilt 359.
