Up this week is Austin Ashley’s 2007 Peterbilt 379, “Double Take.” Ashley, out of Raleigh, Mississippi, showed the truck at the 2014 Pride & Polish event in Crossville, Tennessee. The truck’s name stems from various features on the rig being doubled, including the stripes, lights and more.

As Fleenor driver Mike Hicks explains, the rig’s name comes from the color scheme of a black cherry base with wine, coral and white stripes. “When you first look at it, it’s like, ‘I don’t know about that.’ Then the more you look at it, it kind of grows on you,” Hicks says.
