Jeffrey Lantz owns this 2019 International LoneStar flattop, which he uses to pull a 2019 Timpte hopper mostly through central Indiana and western Ohio. The truck is powered by a 605-hp Cummins X15 Performance Series with an Eaton 13-speed UltraShift. The truck is mostly stock, save for the Minimizer fenders and a “few extra pieces of bling,” Lantz says.
