Roger B. Simmoneau's 1998 Freightliner Classic

Roger Simmoneau's 1998 Freightliner Classic

Roger B. Simmoneau has owned this 1998 Freightliner Classic since it was new in December 1997. Simmoneau has been an owner-operator since 1994, having hauled auto parts most of his career. He's been leased to Landstar since 2008 and now hauls general freight. The truck, powered by a 525-hp Cummins N14 with a 13-speed, has 2.6 million miles on it. Simmoneau does most of his own work on the truck. The rig got a new engine in 2014 and a new paint job in 2018. Simmoneau says he hopes to end his career with Landstar.
