Following solicitations published as recently as last week from the FMCSA for participants in its Congressionally mandated restart study, this message is now posted at restartstudy.com, where drivers were being directed to apply. In an email to one driver notified this week that he was not selected to participate, the Pulsar Informatics company noted, “We have now reached the total number of drivers required for the study.”
