Retired owner-op’s ‘Spice of Life’ Pete 379
The truck's moniker is in honor of the owner's late wife, Joan, who used the phrase as her CB handle. She was his co-driver when they hauled van freight together before he bought this truck. She passed away in 2010.

‘The Witches Inn’ 1985 Pete 359 earns Best of Show honors at SuperRigs
For winning the event, DeSantis received $10,000 from Shell Rotella. Her truck, “The Witches Inn,” also won Best Theme and Best Engine. JR Schleuger was first runner-up for Best of Show, earning $4,000, with his 1980 Kenworth W900A.
