Don Quinn, president of Sapp Bros., addressed attendees of the National Association of Truck Stop Operators’ NATSO Show convention in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., after his recent designation as 2016 NATSO chairman. According to this report, published at the website of the truck stop operators’ association, Quinn urged members to “exceed their expectations” in the drive to improve service to customers, America’s truckers.
