Electric APU gets SmartWay approval

TriPac’s electric auxiliary power unit has been SmartWay certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the unit’s maker Thermo King Corp. announced.

The company’s engine-based auxiliary power unit is also Smart Way verified, Thermo King says.
