West Side Transport offers $1,000 sign-on bonus

Newly hired company drivers and owner-operators will be paid $1,000 sign-on bonuses, Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based dry van carrier West Side Transport announced.

Josh Schauf, West Side Transport recruiting director, said that the bonuses come in response to the company’s rapidly increasing freight business.

Four fleets represented by the pictures above will square off in the final round of the Small Fleet Championship for the title belt in their respective categories October 23, 2025, at the annual NASTC conference in Nashville, Tennessee.
