I-35 reopens in Minnesota

Northbound and southbound Interstate 35 reopened south of Owatonna after flooding had closed thehighway near the I-35/Highway 14 interchange, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Drivers should stil expect congestion, delays and reduced speeds.
