Flatbed and dry van pay increases

Drivers can earn an additional 2 cents per mile pulling flatbed and dry van loads for Nashville, Tenn.,-based carrier Western Express. The carrier also offers a 3-cent-per-mile performance bonus each quarter based on mileage numbers and on-time delivery, as well as a $500 sign-on bonus for flatbed drivers.
