TCA owner-operator competition open

The Truckload Carriers Association announced it’s seeking nominations for 2012 Owner-Operator of the Year competition. Nominations are open until Sept. 15.

TCA has teamed up with Overdrive to name the nation’s owner-operator. Owner-operator finalists are featured in Overdrive in 2012, and the winners are announced in 2013.

The competition is open to drivers who log the majority of their miles in the truckload segment. Nominees should have strong records in safety, professional accomplishment and contributions to the industry and their communities. To nominate a driver, go to www.truckload.org/index.asp?bid=21.
