FleetPride acquires Texas facilities

FleetPride Inc. has acquired Heavy Vehicle Parts Inc. and its assets, including a 16,000-sq.-ft. facility in Odessa, Texas, and an 11, 250-sq.-ft. facility in Midland, Texas, the company announced.

FleetPride is an independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts. With the two new facilities in Texas, the company now has 19 Texas-based locations, among 185 locations in 39 states. Heavy Vehicle Parts opened in 1982.
