Pilot and Flying J locations are now serving a breakfast buffet featuring home-style options like biscuits, sausage gravy, southwest egg scramble, cinnamon apples and breakfast pizza. A soup bar will also be available, serving classics like broccoli-cheese soup, loaded potato soup and chili. The truck stop will offer several healthier options too, such as oatmeal and low-fat chicken noodle soup. The breakfast bar will be available from 6-10 a.m. daily, and the hot soup bar will be available from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.
