CARB offering class this month on complying with emissions regulations

16095038370_7a4206d7f7_kThe California Air Resources Board announced will hold a half-day seminar Tuesday, Feb. 24, to help truck owners better understand and comply with the state’s stringent truck emissions regulations.

CARB representatives, along with local agencies and vendors, will teach truck owners what equipment is compliant with the state’s regulations and ways truck owners can comply with the Truck & Bus rule.

The seminar will run from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and feature workshops on the latest updates of the rule, funding updates, demos on inspections and displays by vendors.

It will be held at the Los Angeles Trade Tech College on 400 W. Washington Blvd. in Los Angeles. The exact location on campus will be the South Tent on the 23rd St. side of campus, CARB says.
