R+L Carriers launches driver recognition program

R+L Carriers of Wilmington, Ohio, launched a new driver recognition campaign – “More than great drivers. Great people.” – to profile their safe driving accomplishments and who they are as individuals.

Selected drivers will be honored with their full-size images on the company’s trailers.

EPA to end DEF derates, roll back emissions warranty reg

Instead of the truck derating toward shutdown in steps with a DEF fault, the rule proposes that the driver or machine operator would receive an audible or visible alert. The engine would operate normally. At once, longer required manufacturer warranties of emissions equipment will be eliminated, too.
