Beginning Monday, May 4, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation, repaving of a 1.5-mile section of I-94 M-311 (11 Mile road) Exit 104 will get under way. Near the cities of Battle Creek and Marshall, the project is expected to run between May 4 and May 22, affecting some lanes of travel at various points throughout the time.

Construction includes concrete pavement repairs and pavement markings, and will also affect the on- and off-ramps associated with Exit 104. Closures will be only of single lanes, MDOT reports, and some nighttime construction will be included.
