DAT One's load board network has been down since just after noon Eastern Time, just three days after a similar outage on March 11 took the service offline for five hours.

Anyone can check the DAT system status at status.dat.com, which currently says the problem has been identified, but not yet fixed.

"At this time, you will be unable to log into the listed products," DAT posted at 12:35 pm ET.

"DAT invests in people and technology to make our services as robust as they can be," a DAT spokesperson told Overdrive. "When products are temporarily unavailable, our technical experts work tirelessly to restore service as soon as possible, and our customer service team is here to listen to customers and respond. We appreciate our customers’ business and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience."

DAT One's web platform reports 99.94% uptime, but on Thursday reported "degraded performance" across the vast majority of its services, including all of the load boards, all of the freight rates products and all the mobile features like amenity searching, load and truck postings and fuel price searching.
