Eric Meier of East Jordan, Mich., hauls box-van freight under his own authority as Meier Trucking Inc. This 1992 Freightliner FLD 120 equipped with a 450-hp Detroit and a 9-speed transmission is his money maker. Meier has added chrome fenders, a drop bumper, dual-chrome 5-inch straight stacks, a drop visor and lots of LED lights to the truck. On the inside, he’s added wood flooring and chrome bevels to the gauges.
