Willie Stroup owns this 2014 Peterbilt 389 flat top powered by a 550-horsepower 6NZ Cat with a 13-speed and 3:36 rears. Perry Walton drives the truck for Time Dedicated Carriers out of Rockport, Ind., pulling a 2016 Tremcar 7,000-gallon liquid tank to haul hazardous and non-hazardous materials. The trailer has a custom halo light bar on the front and back of the tank and approximately 140 lights.
