Daniel Richmond, a 20-year retired U.S. Army veteran out of Watertown, N.Y., drives this 2015 Freightliner Coronado Fitzgerald glider for D&E Transport. The truck sports a 60 Series Detroit and a 13-speed Eaton Fuller. Being a company truck, Richmond hasn’t done any custom work to it. He hauls a wide range of flatbed freight, including steel, lumber, windmill generators, glass, seed and more. “If it fits, it ships,” Richmond says.
