The annual Walcott Truckers Jamboree at the Iowa 80 Truckstop returns for 2025 the weekend following Independence Day, July 10-12.
The event will be filled with many of its traditional offerings, including the Trucker Olympics, Iowa Pork Chop Cook-out, plenty of live music and much more.
That, of course, is in addition to the Super Truck Beauty Contest, a judged event with working truck categories for bobtails and combos, divided up by model year. There will also be a Specialty Class for wreckers, dump trucks and other straight and speciality trucks; a Show Class for non-working showpieces; and a Rat Rod class.
Awards will also be handed out for exterior design, sleeper and lights.
Additionally, the Iowa 80 Truck Museum will celebrate the 100th birthday of a 1925 Kenworth truck.
For musical entertainment, award-winning country music group Little Texas will headline the show with a performance Friday, July 11, at 7 p.m. The band is known for its hits in the 1990s, including “God Blessed Texas” and “Amy’s Back in Austin,” among others. The band has been nominated for three Grammy Awards, two American Music Awards, and five Academy of Country Music Awards -- winning Top Vocal Group of the Year in 1993 -- and was nominated for three CMA awards, winning Album of the Year in 1994.

Also performing on the main stage during the show will be the Jimmy Welty Band, Casey Muessigmann, Angela Meyer and the Western Stars, and the Dani Lynn Howe Band.
Admission and parking for the Jamboree are free. View the show's full schedule here.
