E-log mandate publication date pushed back again, now expected April 9
A proposed rule mandating Electronic Logging Devices (aka Electronic Onboard Recorders) is now projected to be published April 9, according to a monthly report from the Department of Transportation, who has been pushing back the projected publication date for the rule since mid-November.

In its monthly update on significant rulemakings, the DOT has again revised the projected date of publication for a rule mandating Electronic Logging Devices, backing it up this time to Feb. 27. The drug and alcohol clearinghouse is projected to be published Friday, Feb. 14.
