Hankook’s e3 Wide DL21 ultra-super-single long-haul drive tire replaces the company’s DL07 and is engineered for added mileage and rolling resistance over its predecessor. The e3 Wide DL21’s tread pattern features Hankook’s three-dimensional siping technology that helps increase traction, while a redesigned tread includes seven main grooves to help reduce tread block cracking. The tire also features the company’s Smartec TBR technology, an integrated manufacturing process that addresses all of a tire’s performance factors, including safety, mileage, anti-chip cutting, retreadability and traction.
