Bridgestone Americas’ Firestone Transforce AT2 for Class 4-5 trucks is an all-position radial tire designed for all-terrain performance, with a tread design that promotes traction in wet and winter conditions. The tire’s tread-to-road contact footprint is engineered for extended durability, while its compound helps prevent heat damage. It also features sidewall protector ribs that fight curbing damage to help promote casing durability; a high-scrub tread compound that helps enhance scrubbing resistance and promote increased tread life; and a wider belt that helps extend the tire’s shoulder area and diminish irregular wear. The tire is currently available in the U.S. and Canada in size 225/70R19.5 LRF. Sizes 225/70R19.5 LRG and 245/70R19.5 LRG will be available by Oct. 1.
