Diesel engine oils and additives maker Hot Shot’s Secret recently introduced a newly designed gallon bottle for the company’s line of oils, additives, and antifreeze.
The newly branded one-gallon bottle improves functionality and establishes a more recognizable brand presence, the company said.

Molded liquid-level graduations on the bottle also make it easier to monitor how much product remains and to gauge the amount being used.
Beyond the functional improvements, the bottle introduces a distinctive new Hot Shot’s Secret label design. The Hot Shot’s Secret logo and diamond-plate design are molded directly into the bottle to create a more distinctive and recognizable package, reinforcing the brand across the company’s full gallon-sized product lineup.
“The goal was to create a gallon bottle that looks unmistakably Hot Shot’s Secret while also making it more functional for the people actually using our products,” said Hot Shot’s Secret Brand Manager Josh Steinmetz. “From the handles and anti-glug design to the liquid-level markings, each feature was considered with the customer and real-world use in mind.”
Steinmetz said the new packaging will roll out over the next few months “as existing inventory transitions to the new bottle.”
