Daily health tip: If unsure, go with plants

Nutritional information is often unavailable when you are eating out, so remember this: Think plants. Choose vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats, like olive and canola oil. These contain fewer calories and less fat than the questionably high-calorie meats. You don’t have to give up your favorite meats, just remember that plants are a healthier option.
