Health tip: More sleep, less weight

Sleep more to lose weight. According to a study at Columbia University, people who got four hours of sleep ate 300 more calories a day compared to those who got nine hours of sleep each night. So, sleep in. Not only will you be better rested, you’ll lose weight.
