Roscoe is our most loved pet and could be everyone’s. He never meets an enemy, he loves trucking and is probably the non-yappiest Chiwinnie I’ve ever met! Roscoe gets in the sleeper and goes “under” and just goes with the flow. He is the best dog in the world for us! There is that, and he is just so darn cute!
