Two more competitors have punched their tickets for the 2014 Overdrive‘s Pride & Polish National Championship series, earning Best of Show victories at the River States Customz Pride & Polish event held June 27-28.
Jackson, Wis.-based Eric Bilgo and his 1995 Peterbilt 379 and matching MAC trailer won Best of Show in the Working Combo category, while Seth Denning of Corsica, S.D., won Best of Show in the Limited-Mileage Bobtail category, qualifying both trucks for the final judging round in the Pride & Polish National Championship in August at the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas.

Bilgo and Denning joined perennial Pride & Polish Best of Show winners Vinnie Diorio, of Richfield, Wis., and Bob and Shelley Brinker of Grayling Minn., as River States Best of Show winners.
The Brinkers won the Working Bobtail category with their pirate-themed 2000 Freightliner Classic XL.
Diorio won the Limited-Mileage Combo category with this 2013 Peterbilt 379 and 2009 MAC trailer.

Both Diorio’s truck and the Brinkers’ truck won at the prior Pride & Polish event, the 75 Chrome Shop Show held in April, where they qualified for the National Championship judging round.
Diorio’s truck will be there defending its Pride & Polish championship from 2013.

The River States Customz Pride & Polish Best of Show winners will square off against the Best of Show winners from five other Pride & Polish events held from last August to this July.

Pride & Polish is sponsored by Overdrive, River States Customz, the 75 Chrome Shop, Performance Diesel Inc., Lincoln Chrome, Fitzgerald’s Glider Kits, the American Independent Truckers Association, Dynalfex, MAC Trailer, Hogebuilt, Blue Tiger, Pro Miles, Show Stopper Wax Products, Over the Road Financial Network and Diesel Boss Apparel.
More photos from this weekend’s Pride & Polish show will be published next week.
