A new bill in the U.S. Senate would require English proficiency of CDL applicants and prohibit CDL knowledge tests from being administered in any language other than English, as DOT officially moves on non-domiciled CDLs. Also: Massive super load moving across I-80 next week; new Love's along I-40.
