The 26-member Entry Level Driver Training Advisory Committee began proceedings Thursday, Feb. 26 with its first meeting in Arlington, Va., taking on the task to negotiate the terms of a proposed rulemaking for pre-CDL entry-level driver training requirements.

Committee to finalize work on driver training April 8-10
The full MCSAC committee will meet Aprli 8-10 to issue recommendations on entry-level driver training regulations as well as hear briefings on a bevy of subjects from CSA to in-cab video monitoring.
