With late-March news reports on the Affordable Care Act’s health-insurance exchanges indicating a slight majority of the general public viewing the program favorably, Overdrive readers by and large indicated they stood firm in their opinions on the law. More than 7 in 10 remained steadfast in opposing the law, while 1 in ten were either still positive or largely neutral in their thinking about it.
Those whose thoughts were in flux among commenters noted some positive experience saving on health insurance premiums compared to pre-ACA plans. “Overall I am saving big time plus I can get care as needed, not when desperate,” wrote Danny Murdock under the above poll at OverdriveOnline.com.
If your view of the program has changed, how did that change come about?
