Heavy Duty America and Truck Pride Partners merge

Aftermarket products marketers and distributors Heavy Duty America and Truck Pride Partners have merged and will be known initially as HDA Truck Pride. The merger will become effective Sept. 1, during which staffs and services will integrate for the rest of 2010. The company will offer an independent aftermarket channel as an alternative to original equipment maker dealership parts.
