National diesel price flat

The average weekly retail on-highway diesel price stayed flat this week, remaining $3.066 a gallon, according to the U.S. Department of Energy.

The national average price is 25.9 cents higher than the same week last year.

Prices at regions tracked by DOE were mixed, with the East Coast, Gulf Coast and West Coast down less than a cent a gallon. The Midwest and Rocky Mountain region were higher.
