The new features to the service, found at my.bestpass.com, gives uers the ability to search and make updates to specific vehicles instead of having to go through Bestpass’ customer service. It also allows for targeting searches for toll transactions with filters for transponder, date/time, facility, vehicle and cost center.
Users of the new web portal can also download toll spreadsheets, manage payments and be notified of exclusion zone infractions, inactive transponders, pending payments and more.
