The Transportation Nation Network (TNN) will launch via its website on New Year’s Day this coming year. The network bills itself as a “video streaming platform dedicated to the trucking industry.” The video streaming service will focus on industry breaking news and analysis along with a bevy of full-length, originally produced trucking business and lifestyle shows.
“We could not be more excited to bring the trucking community a new and fresh way to experience the transportation business and lifestyle,” said Co-founder and CEO Micah Jackson. “Providing entertaining, educational and inspiring video programming to those who contribute so much to our economy and way of life will always be our highest priority.”
Original series shows like Truckerville, Trucker Traders and The Driver’s Lounge are geared to appeal to professional drivers, while Beyond the Boardroom and Leaders & Legends will feature many top trucking executives, including past and current chairmen of the American Trucking Associations (ATA) and the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA), the network says. Viewers can expect to receive a revealing look inside the lives of many of today’s industry leaders. Eight original shows will premiere with the launch in January.
Viewers will be able to enjoy much of its content at no cost. However, premium subscription packages will be available beginning at $6.99/month for no commercial interruptions, along with unlimited access to content and exclusive “subscriber only” episodes.
Viewers will be able to stream video programming directly to virtually any device: smartphones, smart televisions, laptops, tablets, desktops and more.
