One act of kindness is donating 16 Women in Trucking Association memberships to its female employees.

Other celebratory acts of kindness include donating to the Alabama Trucking Association Foundation to provide scholarships for diesel mechanic schools, nominating a driver for the Truckload Carriers Association’s and Truckers News’ Company Driver of the Year award, boosting driver by between 5 and 10 percent, implementing a new bonus program and opening a new driver lounge. The company says it is also providing resources to a homeless shelter in Dothan, Alabama, and donating to a domestic violence shelter in Savanna, Georgia.
