Dashcam catches patroller crashing into truck on I-15 before ticketing trucker

In the video here, a Utah Highway Patrol officer swerved across multiple lanes of traffic before crashing into trucker Roland Terry’s tractor. According to LiveLeak.com, the patroller then ticketed Terry for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. The fleet said it’s contesting the citation, pointing to the video as evidence.
